The play paradise at 1,950 m above sea level is versatile and varied.

A large area with various playground equipment and information about the animals and flowers on the mountain pasture make the hike up to the Latschenalm engaging even for the smallest mountain lovers. In the middle of the huge play area is an animal enclosure where you can observe lots of small animals. There's always something going on: from rabbits and chickens to calves or goats! Once you have enjoyed a rest on the sun terrace, continue on to the wooden ball track directly above the Isskogelbahn mountain station. The wooden ball tracks are about 150 metres long and feature many highlights such as funnels, spirals, a wave track and a labyrinth. And the best thing: there are two parallel ball tracks so you can start a competition and see whose ball overcomes the obstacles and reaches the finish line first. But there is also something for those seeking peace and quiet: the Sagen- und Besinnungsweg (Legends and Contemplation Trail) leads past the Alpine Chapel, and inspires reflection with thought-provoking quotations and intriguing stories from the region. Along the way is the Latschensee, with relaxing loungers inviting you to unwind. At the end of your walk, you can enjoy special treats at Restaurant Latschenalm.
