For decades the cattle drive in the Alpes is one of the most important dates in the peasant calendar. The whole village celebrates when the colourfully decorated cows come down home. The big festival takes place at the 25th of September 2021 in the center of Zell am Ziller. The village centre offers musical entertainment, a farmers market, a crafts' market, traditional dancing groups and culinary delights from the Zillertal valley from 10 am until 5 pm!
