With our new e-mobility project, we are offering, for the first time in our holiday region, what we call ‘Exercise without Exertion’! What could be more enjoyable than exploring the glorious mountain countryside of the Hohe Tauern National Park in ease and comfort with an e-bike? As a holiday guest staying in one of our partner accommodation establishments, you can rent an e-bike at a favourable rate from your accommodation provider. E-bikes are also available for rental from the two ‘Sports & more Unterwurzacher’ shops in Wald and Königsleiten.

Guided e-bike tours (July – September)

If you are a guest staying in one of our e-BOB partner establishments, you can borrow a bike there. Other guests can rent an e-bike from one of the two ‘Sports & more Unterwurzacher’ shops in Wald or Königsleiten. Our guided e-bike tours always start at 11.30 am and last until approx. 3.00 pm. Each tour begins with a brief introduction into the correct technique, lasting around 15 minutes.

The following guided tours are on offer:

Tuesday: From Wald into the Untersulzbach valley
Meeting place: Unterwurzacher sports shop, Wald
 
 
Registration: By 5.00 pm on the previous day at the latest, tel. +43 (0)6565 8243 // Late registrations may be possible on the day of the tour if places are available.                                     

Cost: For holiday guests staying in partner accommodation establishments free (otherwise € 10.00)
Participants: Max. 10 participants, min. age for children: 14 years
What to take: Clothing suitable for the weather conditions, a water bottle and (optional) a snack.                                                                                                                                                     

NB: All participants must wear a helmet!
